About Us
Kentucky Roses is a business run on the property "Coranga", a former orchard in the WW1 soldier's settlement of Kentucky, NSW.
While there is still a commercial cherry orchard on the property, it is now also home to scented, field grown roses produced commercially for the cut flower industry.
As the New England region of Australia provides the perfect climate for English roses, proprietors Kate & Dave Hedges have chosen to specialise in growing David Austin roses, predominately for the wedding market.
With shades ranging from whites, creams, blush pinks, apricots & oranges, through to deep pinks and burgundies, these are old fashioned roses at their best - big, blowsy, scented and ruffled. Kate's style of flower arranging is based on what can be picked from the garden, and all foliage which accompanies her arrangements comes from her garden.
The garden & rose plantation uses only environmentally-friendly pest control.
